Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 89F-11
- Board: means the North Carolina Board for Licensing of Soil Scientists. See North Carolina General Statutes 89F-3
Examinations shall be formulated and conducted by the Board at the time and place as determined by the Board, and shall be held at least annually. (1995, c. 414, s. 1.)
