The owner of a mobile home park that contains at least ten mobile homes shall establish a procedure for responding to emergencies and complaints by tenants with respect to the mobile home park. The procedure must include the ability to reach a person who has the authority to perform, or direct the performance of, duties imposed on the owner under this chapter. The procedure must be in writing and a copy must be provided to the tenants.
