A person that violates this chapter or chapter 43-59, 43-61, or 43-64 is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. In addition to the criminal penalties provided under this section, the civil remedy of injunction is available to restrain and enjoin any violation of this chapter or chapter 43-59, 43-61, or 43-64 without proof of actual damages sustained by any person.
