Ohio Code 4105.09 - Registration of elevators

The owner or user of any elevator shall register, with the division of industrial compliance, every elevator operated by him, giving the type, capacity, and description, name of manufacturer, and purpose for which each is used. Such registration shall be made on a form to be furnished by the division.
