Ohio Code > Title 51 > Chapter 5123 > § 5123.421 - Complaints and investigations

The department of mental retardation and developmental disabilities shall accept complaints from any person or government entity regarding the administration of prescribed medications, performance of health-related activities, and performance of tube feedings by MR/DD personnel pursuant to the authority granted under section 5123.42 of the Revised Code. The department shall conduct investigations of complaints as it considers appropriate. The department shall adopt rules in accordance with section 5123.46 of the Revised Code establishing procedures for accepting complaints and conducting investigations under this section.
