Unless specifically provided otherwise, a person may vote in an election of a political subdivision of this state only if the person is an elector registered in the political subdivision. [1983 c.83 § 2]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 247.009
- Elector: means an individual qualified to vote under Article II, section 2, Oregon Constitution. See Oregon Statutes 247.002
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
