The Secretary of State shall include in the voters’ pamphlet on the page of the printed argument on a measure the name of the person who submitted the argument, the name of the organization the person represents, if any, and whether the argument supports or opposes the measure. - Measure: includes any of the following submitted to the people for their approval or rejection at an election:
(a) A proposed law. See Oregon Statutes 251.005
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
