‘Electric personal assistive mobility device’ means a device that:

- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(1) Is self-balancing on two nontandem wheels;
(2) Is designed to transport one person in a standing position;
(3) Has an electric propulsion system; and
(4) Has a maximum speed of 15 miles per hour. [2003 c.341 § 2]
