George: ...
My neighbor uses his driveway 24/7 to park a commercial panel truck with his construction company's markings and commercial plates. Plat restrictions prohibit such. The town will not enforce the removal because they consider that truck "no more than a pick-up truck". It's not a pick up truck. What can the neighbors do legally or otherwise to get that truck out of the neighborhood?
Thank you for your help.
