- Flower seeds: includes seeds of herbaceous plants grown for their blooms, ornamental foliage, or other ornamental parts, and commonly known and sold under the name of flower or wildflower seeds in this State. See South Carolina Code 46-21-15
The Commissioner of Agriculture may publish or cause to be published, at his discretion, the results of the examinations and tests made of samples of agricultural, vegetable, or flower seeds or mixtures of agricultural seeds drawn as provided for in § 46-21-325, together with other information he may deem advisable.
