Tax Increment Financing (TIF) 

South Dakota Laws > Title 11 > Chapter 9 > § 11-9-12 - Determination of tax incremental base on creation or expansion of district

Upon the creation of a tax incremental district or adoption of any amendment subject to § 11-9-23, its tax incremental base shall be determined as provided in §§ 11-9-20 to 11-9-25, inclusive.
