Terms Used In Tennessee Code 67-4-1411
- Municipality: means an incorporated city or town or a county, but does not include a county with a metropolitan form of government. See Tennessee Code 67-4-1401
The proceeds of the tax authorized by this part shall be allocated to and placed in the general fund or other fund of the municipality to be used for the purposes stated in § 67-4-1403.
