Terms Used In Tennessee Code 67-4-716
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of revenue or the commissioner's duly authorized assistants, except as otherwise provided in this part. See Tennessee Code 67-4-702
Chapter 1, parts 8, 13, 14, 15, 17 and 18 of this title shall apply to all taxes collected and administered by the commissioner under this part.
