Terms Used In Utah Code 58-77-301
- Direct-entry midwife: means an individual who is engaging in the practice of direct-entry midwifery. See Utah Code 58-77-102
- Person: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
The division shall issue to a person who qualifies under this chapter a license as a licensed direct-entry midwife.
