Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 10 Sec. 570

  • Air pollution: means the presence in the outdoor atmosphere of one or more air contaminants in such quantities, and duration as is or tends to be injurious to human health or welfare, animal or plant life, or property, or would unreasonably interfere with the enjoyment of life or property. See
  • Personal property: All property that is not real property.

§ 570. Exemption from taxation

Approved air pollution treatment facilities shall be exempted from real and personal property taxation in the same manner provided tax exemption of water treatment facilities under the provisions of 32 V.S.A. § 3802. (Added 1967, No. 310 (Adj. Sess.), § 19.)
