Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 32 Sec. 469

  • Fees: shall mean earnings due for official services, aside from salaries or per diem compensation. See
  • State: means the State of Vermont; a county, a municipality, or other subdivision thereof; commission, board, department, or agency thereof; or any other governmental entity authorized or created by State law, including public corporations and authorities. See

§ 469. Requisition for court expenses

With the approval of the Court Administrator, the Supreme Court, the Judicial Bureau, and the Superior Court may requisition money from the State to pay fees and expenses related to grand and petit jurors, fees and expenses of witnesses approved by the judge, expenses of guardians ad litem, expenses of elections, and other expenses of court operations.
