Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 15A-731

  • Extradition: The formal process of delivering an accused or convicted person from authorities in one state to authorities in another state.

Any officer who shall deliver to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person in his custody under the Governor’s warrant, in willful disobedience to N.C. Gen.
