Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 18.35.210

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

A person who fails to comply with Alaska Stat. § 18.35.200 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable by a fine of not more than $500. Each day of operation is a separate offense.
