Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 23.10.105
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
An employer subject to Alaska Stat. § 23.10.050 – 23.10.150 shall keep a summary or abstract of these sections, approved by the commissioner, posted in a conspicuous location at the place where a person subject to them is employed. An employer shall be furnished copies of a summary by the state on request without charge.
