The following are the courts of justice of this state:
Terms Used In Utah Code 78A-1-101- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

the Supreme Court; |

the Court of Appeals; |
| (d) |
the juvenile courts; and |

All courts are courts of record, except the justice courts, which are courts not of record. |
