Terms Used In Indiana Code 8-1-2-55
- Commission: as used in this chapter , means the commission created by IC 8-1-1-2. See Indiana Code 8-1-2-1

Sec. 55. The commission shall, prior to such formal hearing, notify the public utility complained of that a complaint has been made, and ten (10) days after such notice has been given, the commission may proceed to set a time and place for a hearing and an investigation as provided in this chapter.
