Person: includes an individual, receiver, trustee, guardian, personal representative, fiduciary, representative of any kind, corporation, partnership, business trust, statutory trust, limited liability company, firm, association, or other nongovernmental entity. See

In this subtitle, “confidential record” means any record, report, statement, note, or other information that:

(1) Is assembled or obtained for research or study by the Secretary; and

(2) Names or otherwise identifies any person.
