Terms Used In Idaho Code 54-2079

  • Commission: means the Idaho real estate commission, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning. See Idaho Code 54-2004
  • Real estate broker: means and includes:

  • Sales associate: means a salesperson or an associate broker licensed under and associated with a designated broker. See Idaho Code 54-2004
    • Whenever a real estate broker terminates a sales associate for a violation of any of the provisions of sections 54-2060 through 54-2062, Idaho Code, the broker shall promptly file a written statement of the facts in reference thereto with the commission.
