The Bureau of Statistics and Plans, the Guam Customs and Quarantine Agency, and the Guam Department of Labor shall provide expert assistance to the Commission, as is feasible, relative to public planning, and import, export, wage, and employment trends and data.

The Guam Department of Agriculture shall provide expert assistance to the Commission, as is feasible, relative to invasive species concerns.
