- Mortgage: The written agreement pledging property to a creditor as collateral for a loan.
e proceeds from the sale of all bonds authorized by this Chapter shall be deposited forthwith to the credit of a fund to be designated as the Guam Economic Development Authority Mortgage Fund, which fund is hereby created, and shall be expended for the purposes authorized by this Chapter and the indenture, subject to any limitations provided therein.
