of a misdemeanor. Balentia (without knives or gaffs) or the training of gamecocks shall be exempted from the provision of this subsection, so long as no wagering is involved;

(c) While under the age of 18 years, attend a licensed cockpit is guilty of a violation punishable by a fine not exceeding Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
