- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 39-33-1550 to 39-33-1570 shall be punished upon conviction by a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars or imprisonment not exceeding sixty days, either or both, or any portion of either or both, in the discretion of the court.
