Terms Used In South Carolina Code 48-9-570
- Department: means the Department of Natural Resources. See South Carolina Code 48-9-15
The boundaries of any such district shall include the territory as determined by the department as provided in § 48-9-560, but in no event shall they include any area included within the boundaries of another soil and water conservation district organized under the provisions of this chapter.
