Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 215-C:6
- Off highway recreational vehicles: shall not include snowmobiles as defined in this chapter. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 215-C:1
- Snowmobiles: shall not include OHRVs as defined in RSA 215-A. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 215-C:1
The provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 482-A:3, VIII and IX shall apply, relative to the operation of snowmobiles and mechanized or off highway recreational vehicles.
