I. The secretary of state shall collect all fees required under this chapter and shall pay them to the treasurer to be deposited in the general fund as unrestricted revenue, except as provided in paragraph II.
II. The state treasurer shall pay the expense of administering this chapter out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated until the fees collected pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 293-B:15, I, have been received. Thereafter, the expenses of administering this chapter shall be paid out of the fees collected under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 293-B:15, I, and the treasurer shall reimburse the treasury for the previous expenses paid. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for the sums authorized by this section out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
