For a child who is enrolled under ORS § 346.010 and who has an intellectual disability or a developmental disability, the Department of Education shall notify the community developmental disabilities program of the date of the annual review of the individualized education program of the child for the purpose of including in the review the assigned case manager’s assessment of community resources that are available for treatment or residential needs the child might have.
