The Poison Prevention Task Force shall report to the Legislative Assembly as necessary with recommendations for the addition or deletion of products from the list set forth in ORS § 431A.308. The task force shall report to the Legislative Assembly any additional recommended measures which shall include reducing the incidence and severity of poisoning, poison prevention education activities and child resistant closure effectiveness.
