The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may waive any requirements of ORS § 446.003 to 446.200 or rules adopted under those sections or adopt temporary permitting and operating and construction standards in lieu of the requirements if the director determines that:
(1) The waiver is necessary or advisable to allow for the rapid development of a manufactured dwelling park approved under ORS § 197.488; and
(2) The waiver will not jeopardize the health and safety of the occupants of the manufactured dwelling park. [2021 c.260 § 4]
446.198 was added to and made a part of 446.003 to 446.200 by legislative action but was not added to any other series. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
