The Employment Department and the Oregon Department of Administrative Services may contract for the operation, maintenance and insuring by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services of any office building located in the capitol area, as defined in ORS § 276.010, that is owned wholly or in part by the Employment Department. [1969 c.706 § 42]
