Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 681.300

  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100

(1) An applicant who holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in the area for which the person is applying for a license.
