Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 12-803e
- City: means any city in this state. See Kansas Statutes 12-870
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
None of the restrictions and limitations respecting the amount of city indebtedness contained in any of the statutes of the state of Kansas shall apply to or in any way affect the issuance of the bonds authorized by this act.
