The Ocean Resources Task Force is hereby created in state government. The task force is composed of the following or their designee: the Secretary for Environmental Protection, the Secretary of the Natural Resources Agency, the State Public Health Officer, the Secretary of Transportation, the Chairperson or Executive Officer of the State Lands Commission as determined by the commission, the Chairperson or Executive Director of the California Coastal Commission as determined by the commission, the Chairperson or Executive Officer of the Coastal Conservancy as determined by the conservancy, the Chairperson or Executive Director of the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission as determined by the commission, the Director of Conservation, the Director of Fish and Game, the Director of Parks and Recreation, the Office of Mine Reclamation, the Chairperson or Executive Director of the State Water Resources Control Board as determined by the board, the executive officer of each California regional water quality control board for a coastal region, the Director of Finance, the Chairperson or Executive Director of the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission as determined by the commission, the Chairperson of the State Air Resources Board, the Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Natural Resources and Water, the Chairperson of the Assembly Committee on Natural Resources, the President of the University of California, the Chancellor of the California State University, and the Director of the California Sea Grant program.
