Terms Used In Alabama Code 19-3-82
- year: means a calendar year; but, whenever the word "year" is used in reference to any appropriations for the payment of money out of the treasury, it shall mean fiscal year. See Alabama Code 1-1-1
The register and the clerk shall file the report with the judge of the court of which he is the clerk, or clerk and register, at the first session of said court after January 1 of each year.
