Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 490/185

  • Month: means a calendar month, and the word "year" a calendar year unless otherwise expressed; and the word "year" alone, is equivalent to the expression "year of our Lord. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.10
     The first Saturday of each month is designated as Eat Local, Buy Illinois Products Day to promote local food initiatives and Illinois agribusiness and to encourage residents to re-invest in the local economy. The Department of Agriculture’s Illinois Product Logo Program shall assist in increasing awareness and sales of Illinois food and agribusiness products.
