- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The State Fire Marshal shall promulgate rules consistent with the provisions of this Act for the administration and enforcement of this Act and may prescribe forms that shall be issued in connection with the rules promulgated under this Act. The rules shall include standards and criteria for licensure, professional conduct, and discipline.
