§ 2419-a. Additional reports. 1. Within six months after the end of its fiscal year the agency shall submit to the governor, the majority leader of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, the comptroller and the director of the budget a complete and detailed report setting forth data establishing compliance with the provisions of subdivision three of section twenty-four hundred five of this article by the agency and each bank which participated in the agency's purchase of mortgages from the proceeds of the sale of each issue by the agency of its bonds and notes made on and after the effective date of this section.

  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.

2. The agency shall provide to the commissioner of housing and community renewal, on a timely basis, with the data and other information necessary to compile the report or reports required pursuant to § 20 of the public housing law.
