Terms Used In Texas Health and Safety Code 99A.006
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
Notwithstanding any other law, Section 99A.001, including the use of or failure to use any information or materials developed or disseminated under that section, does not create a civil, criminal, or administrative cause of action or liability or create a standard of care, obligation, or duty that provides a basis for a cause of action.
