In addition to requiring the notice under § 304.059, the commission may conduct educational programs designed to inform members of the public of their rights and telemarketers of their obligations under this subchapter and Sections 304.251, 304.252, 304.253, 304.257, and 304.259, as those sections relate to the Texas no-call list.
