- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
An action against the association or an action against the association’s board member, agent, representative, or employee that arises from the exercise of the person‘s powers or performance of the person’s duties under this chapter must be brought in a district court in Travis County.
