Terms Used In Texas Occupations Code 506.052
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This chapter does not apply to a person licensed to practice another profession in this state if the applied behavior analysis services provided are within:
(1) the scope of practice of the person’s license under state law; and
(2) the scope of the person’s education, training, and competence.
