- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
628.11 Terms.
The terms of redemption, when made by a creditor, in all cases shall be the reimbursement
of the amount bid or paid by the holder of the certificate, including all costs, with interest the same as the lien redeemed from bears on the amount of such bid or payment, from the time thereof.
