- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
11. Each producer shall register with the department. A producer operating in the State on the effective date of this act shall register with the department no later than 12 months after the effective date of this act. The department shall establish an online registration program for the purposes of this section on its Internet website.
