Sec. 6. The center may prepare and distribute publications and other materials that:
(2) explain permit requirements affecting business activities.
(1) serve the convenience of permit applicants; and

- permit: means any state agency permit, license, certificate, approval, registration, or similar form of approval required by a statute or an administrative rule. See Indiana Code 5-28-13-2
