Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-32-4-1
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
Sec. 1. After the public agency has selected an offeror to be the CMc, the public agency and that offeror may negotiate the final terms and conditions of the contract for CMc services for the project.
