- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 2. The state department may not distribute HIV literature described in section 1 of this chapter to school children without the consent of the governing body of the school corporation the school children attend.
